Serving Weld County
Updated October 2026.
Mead Western Meadows is the settled, west-side residential neighborhood in the Town of Mead. Houses are traditional single-family plans — ranch and two-story — on established lots with mature landscaping, which usually means fewer builder-grade finishes and more owner-updated kitchens and yards than you find in the newer filings. Recent listings have traded around the $335K to $345K mark, placing it toward the attainable end of Mead's price range. The neighborhood is inside the Town of Mead, the Weld County town on US-66 that incorporated in 1908 and now functions as a commuter base between Longmont, Boulder and I-25. St. Vrain Valley RE-1J serves the area with Mead Elementary, Mead Middle and Mead High School.
