Serving Weld County
Updated October 2026.
Singletree Estates is one of the Mead neighborhoods built around lot size rather than density. Properties are single-family, often with custom touches — oversized garages, outbuildings, and lots that leave room between houses — and recent listings have clustered in the $700Ks to $750Ks band. The neighborhood sits in the Town of Mead, the roughly 5,000-person Weld County town on US-66 that incorporated in 1908 and has become a practical commuter base for Longmont and Boulder. Drive times are the selling point: about 10 to 15 minutes to Longmont, 20 to 25 to Boulder, and minutes to the I-25 Mead interchange for Fort Collins, Greeley and Denver. The town is served by St. Vrain Valley RE-1J, with Mead Elementary, Mead Middle and Mead High School.
Singletree Estates is a larger-lot residential neighborhood in the Town of Mead, listed in local neighborhood reference material as Singletree or Singletree Estates. Homes have generally traded in the high $600Ks to low $700Ks, with custom-style plans on lots that allow real separation between neighbors.
Larger than typical Mead subdivision lots, which is what buyers pay for here.
Oversized garages, outbuildings and one-off plans show up regularly rather than builder repeats.
Longmont in 10 to 15 minutes and Boulder in 20 to 25, via US-66 and SH-119.
