Liberty Ranch

Serving Weld County

Updated October 2026.

Liberty Ranch is a master-planned residential subdivision in the Town of Mead, laid out south of US-66 and Stage Coach Drive. The build-out is largely new construction by Saint Aubyn Homes, with two-story and ranch plans that have listed from the low $300Ks when the community opened and now generally trade from the $400Ks into the $500Ks as Mead has grown. The neighborhood is governed by the Liberty Ranch Homeowners Association and sits inside the Liberty Ranch Metropolitan District, which funds streets, parks and utilities — worth pricing into your monthly payment because metro district mill levies sit on top of property tax. Amenities include Liberty Ranch Park, which the Town of Mead has continued to improve, including restroom facilities. Schools are St. Vrain Valley RE-1J: Mead Elementary, Mead Middle and Mead High School. Longmont is roughly 10 minutes west, the I-25 interchange is minutes east, and Boulder is 20 to 25 minutes away.

Liberty Ranch is one of Mead's largest modern subdivisions, platted south of US-66 and Stage Coach Drive. Saint Aubyn Homes built much of the new construction, the community has its own metropolitan district and homeowners association, and Liberty Ranch Park anchors the neighborhood's open space.
