Serving Larimer County
Mirasol (Mirasol Community PUD) was carved out of the farm fields east of downtown Loveland in the 2000s, just west of the Centerra master plan and about five minutes from the I-25/US 34 interchange. The community mixes contemporary detached homes and townhomes on landscaped blocks, with neighborhood parks and a strong HOA supporting common areas and the surrounding dryland open space. Centerra's Promenade Shops, restaurants, the Medical Center of the Rockies, and The Ranch events complex are all minutes away, making Mirasol one of the most convenient addresses in the city. Thompson District schools, including Centennial Elementary and Mountain View High School, serve the neighborhood, and downtown Loveland remains only a ten-minute drive west.
Mirasol is a newer master-planned community on Loveland's east side near Centerra, with contemporary single-family homes, townhomes, and parks served by Thompson School District schools close to I-25.
Five minutes to I-25/US 34 with Centerra dining, shopping, and the Medical Center of the Rockies.
Contemporary single-family homes and townhomes built mostly in the 2000s–2010s.
