Dove Hill Estates is the newer residential pocket on La Salle's west edge — Weld County records show Dove Hill Estates along with a replat that reorganized Blocks 7 through 12, and lot line adjustments that followed as the neighborhood filled in. Because it was platted later than the historic grid, the streets are wider, the homes are newer, and the lots tend to run larger than anything in the original town. Housing is predominantly single-family, contemporary and ranch plans from the 2000s into the 2020s; an active listing in the subdivision in October 2026 was a 2016-built home at $519,000. The neighborhood sits a short drive from US 85, so Greeley's shopping and medical corridor is about 10 minutes away and the South Platte River valley is close for walking and fishing access. Schools are Weld County RE-1 (Valley).
