Serving Weld County
Updated October 2026.
Centennial is one of Eaton's 1990s subdivisions — Weld County records carry a Centennial plat and a Centennial Sub plat on the west side of town, with the Centennial Commons addition later completing the area near the high school. It filled the gap between the historic West Side Addition and the newer Governors Ranch filings, which is why the streets here are established rather than brand new. Housing is single-family, mostly two-story and ranch plans from the 1990s with mature landscaping and finished basements common on the larger plans. Active listings in October 2026 ran $550,000 to $564,900 on 1994–1995-built homes. The neighborhood is a five-minute walk from City Park at Park Avenue and 3rd Street and from Eaton Middle School, and the Eaton Area Community Center is a short bike ride away. Schools are Eaton RE-2.
Centennial is a 1990s Eaton subdivision on the west side of town, recorded as Centennial Sub and Centennial plus a later Commons plat. Larger single-family homes on established lots within walking distance of City Park and Eaton Middle School.
Original Centennial homes are now mature-lot resale — landscaping, fences and basements already done.
The traditional old-town park with picnic pavilions, a playground and horseshoe pits is a few blocks away.
Eaton Middle School sits next door, which shortens the school run considerably.
